Good news, awkward teenagers. Zits are now in fashion -- at least if this Malaysian designer has anything to do with it.
At Milan Fashion Week on Monday, Moto Guo outfitted models in bow-decorated shirts, slouchy shorts, and floral embroideries. One accessory tied the entire collection together: pimples.
That's right, the designer sent out models with red, splotchy, imperfect skin. Why? Maybe it was to showcase their natural beauty or conjure up nostalgia for high school dances.
It fits right in with the anti-grooming trend we reported from London, where dudes looked as if they hadn't bathed in weeks.
So if you woke up with acne, don't worry -- you can just tell people it's a fashion statement.
